Refreshing Floral Aroma
Sweet and Delightful Taste
Wuyi Rock Tea Chun Lan (Cymbidium goeringii Aroma) is a variety known for its distinctive high aroma, celebrated for its uplifting floral aroma and sweet taste. Chun Lan is a new variety developed by the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences through single-plant selection from the natural hybrid offspring of Tieguanyin (Iron Goddess) Tea, making it a "refreshing" type of rock tea.
The dry leaves are thick, robust, and evenly shaped, while the brewed tea is a bright orange-yellow. It features a very distinct floral aroma that rises high and smooth, giving a sense of " Its goodness is hidden and unknown." The aroma is intense, with a sweet taste that fills the mouth. The tea liquor is soft and smooth, almost effortlessly gliding down the throat. The charm of this rock tea lies in its flavor changes with each infusion: starting with a woody note, evolving into a fragrant aroma, and finally transitioning into a lingering aftertaste. It fully showcases the diversity and complexity of rock tea.
