Wuyi Rock Tea Rui Xiang (Daphne Odora Aroma) is a superior variety cultivated by the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences through natural hybridization of Huangdan from 1979 to 2002. It was officially recognized as a variety of Wuyi Rock Tea in 2003.

Rui Xiang is renowned for its high water extract content and rich aroma, with a distinct floral aroma. This tea is processed with a medium to light roasting technique to preserve its crisp taste and abundant floral aroma, perfectly highlighting the characteristics of the Rui Xiang variety. The tea liquor offers a sweet, refreshing, slightly bitter taste with a smooth texture. Its clean and vibrant mouthfeel, combined with rich floral and fruity notes, including peach aroma, provides a sweet, fresh, mellow, and slightly bitter flavor, with a rich, full-bodied concentration and a lingering sweet aftertaste.
